General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
In scope are all activities offered by Yoga by Sibylle (Sibylle Frey) such as yoga classes (location: Engweg 3, 8006 Zurich or online), workshops, community events, etc.
The service provider mainly offers paid services in the field of yoga. The present terms and conditions of participation are applicable to the purchase of any services of the participants, which are obtained in any way (by telephone, email, internet, mobile, etc.) from the service provider.
A participant is any natural or legal person who uses services provided by the service provider or who has registered with the service provider to receive such services. By using one or more services, the participant irrevocably agrees to the application of these general terms.

2. Services
The services include the implementation and organisation of yoga and yoga classes, private lessons, business yoga, workshops as well as events.

3. Costs, prices and terms of payment
The current costs for yoga classes, private lessons, business yoga as well as workshops and trainings can be found at www.yoga-by-sibylle.com on brochures and flyers or will be provided in written upon request.
Registration can be done via the website, Whatsapp or phone, email or verbally.
Full payment for yoga classes/subscriptions is made prior to the start of each class. Unless otherwise agreed or stated, payment will be made on the first day of class in the studio by Twint, bank transfer, cash or online via website with credit card.

4. General
"4 for 3" yoga subscriptions are redeemable within three months of purchase. They are personal and non-transferable. Lessons not attended will not be refunded. They can be made up for within the same quarter in another class, upon agreement with organisor.

5. Liability and ability to participate
For all courses, yoga classes, private yoga, events, trainings and workshops normal mental and physical health is required. In case of acute physical or psychological problems, it should be clarified with a doctor beforehand whether yoga classes are appropriate at this time. Yoga classes can have a healing effect on physical, mental and psychological well-being. However, they do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatments.
The organiser is not liable for any accidents or damage to property occurred during the training or at the training facilities. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
